Hows $20 for a dozen frizzle yokohama's. I really don't sell hatching eggs very often but our hens are all already sitting on as many as they can and our incubators are filled to the brim!
I didn't see this til this morning but we can meet monday if that's okay? Jimmy already left with this mornings deliveries an hour and half ago.
Lakeside would be great. I can meet up anytime today. That said, please don't go out of your way, I really don't want to be an inconvenience for you. Also, what is your asking price for the eggs?
Wow. I hadn't heard of the Yokohama chicken before. I just looked it up and seems pretty interesting. And, in my opinion, frizzles are the best! What area are you located?
I could get you the brahmas, cream leg bars and orpington however it wouldn't be quick enough to put under your hen. As for hatching eggs to throw under your hen right now I do have some Yokohama eggs & Easter Egger eggs and the Roo in there with those ladies is Frizzled, Would you like to try putting some yokohama frizzle eggs under your hen?
Hi there! I found your forum here while looking for fertilized eggs in San Diego. I’m interested in some for our broody hen. Please let me know if you are still selling some. We could come by tomorrow. We live in Bonita. Thanks! 😉
There are a bunch of breeds that I'd enjoy having that I don't currently have: cream legbar, salmon faverolle, blue laced anything (I love the blue laced coloration!), buckeye, orpington, brahma, russian orloff... Preferably nothing too flighty. The main factors right now are expediency and price. I need eggs asap (my goal is tomorrow) because I am putting them under a broody hen and it's already been a few days. (I don't want her to fall out of broodiness before the embryos finish developing!) To that end, I don't want to break the bank, either, since there is some risk putting them under a hen.
I realize this isn't a lot of time to get it sorted. I do have an incubator so if you have some of the really cool breeds I'm looking for, I might still connect with you for that and maybe get the incubator set up. (I know from past experience once we start hatching chicks it's hard to stop! They're just so dang cute, fascinating, and joyful!)
